An analysis of integrated reporting practices of selected Indian banks

The limitations of traditional financial reporting led to the beginning integrated which provided a holistic view progress and performance organisations leading value creation. Integrated is multi- capital approach that emphasises on human capital, intellectual manufactured social & relationship natural along with capital. Although, not mandatory in India yet, many companies make disclosures reports their sustainability voluntarily. present paper aims study practices select Indian Banks for year 2021- 22 comparative analysis FY 2020-21. also recommendations as future India. Secondary data from banks’ annual years 2020-21 2021-22 was collected analysed. findings reveal private sector banks are more actively involved compared public banks. Also, making efforts increase all six capitals year-on-year basis.
